Two screenshots of what apparantly is a beta of Mac OS X 10.5 have been leaked, revealing what appears to be a desktop switcher and even Internet Explorer running natively in OS X.

Let there be radio...

Yay, today i got my iPod Radio Remote, only 1 business day after i ordered it (ordered on friday, got it monday). go apple :) it's quite rad in a number of ways:

you can use tow pairs of headphones at once, even with radio
for radio use, you can make your favorite stations, and skip from one to the next just by pressing fast forward/rewind, and if you hole those buttons, it will scan to the next station, even if they're not your favorites.
It's just so damn conveinent, i can just have it cliped on my belt. That way i can change the volume without having to rub my finger around on my pocket like a retard (which was made easier when i got my iSkin eVo3 iPod case/skin

Dream

i thought it's write about a really weird dream i had last night. i can't really remember how it started (just remembering i've had a dream's pretty good for me) but i know that i had left the house with my dad, and i think we were ealking to the shops or something, but anyway, i think that this family came up to me and asked me if i knew where i could find Bill Bailey(black books, and a few other things) (because of course, he lived near me for some reason) and i told them it'd help them find him. so, we started off and walked into the street where me friend use to live. i found myself in a croud of people, who turned out to be everyone from my last year of high school (2 months ago) and they were all dressed in their formal dresses and suits. i found out that my friends had organised it all, and invited everyone, and i mean everyone, even the people they hated. so i walked around a bit, ate a bit of something nikki had made (but she wouldn't give me very mush) and then i realised that i hadn't been invited by anyone, not even matt which really pissed me off, and i got so cut and heaps upset becasue i think that's one of my greatest fears, being left out (not that i don't have reason to think that people would do that to me). anyway, i thought i'd blog that becasue i'm not at all interesting, and that was something that kinda freaked me out, and no one's ever gonna read this. so yeah, that's my retarded dream, and i think the moral is: dreams suck, and i'm a very insecure person.

New stuff on my site

Been a while since i've been on here (again) so i though i'd let anyone who's interested (probably no one) know about my site and the new stuff I've got on it. the site is called Axman's world and it's pretty boring at the moment, but i've been (very) slowly adding to it. It now has some photo albums, an (incomplete, damn shareware) catalogue of the songs i've got on itunes, a wiki, some data about how boinc is going on our computer at the moment, there's this awesome thing down the bottom that i made with Openlaszlo which is this awesome thing that lets you make very complex interactive flash sites with very little effort, a link to the iTunes Music Store (because i can and because iTunes [and apple] is rad). There's also this cool little thing that shows what song i'm listening to on iTunes and shows the album art aswell. anyway, go and have a look, let me know what you think of it back here on my blog if you want and i hope you all have a good life. well, it has been a long time hasn't it? but an interesting time. a lot has happened since last time i was here, i got my new bike (Avanti Montari , but i have the 2006 model), i had my birthday, and best of all, i got my new iPod :D. it's so rad. some of the other things i've been doing are working on my site; i've put on a wiki now (just for the hell of it) and fixed a few things.
sorry i don't have more to talk about, but i'm pretty tired at the moment so I'm off now.

About time

Well, I've finally done it. After about a week and a half of hard work, I've managed to turn my home computer into a quite powerful web server running Apache 2 and PHP 4, and have finally come up with a site that I am happy enough with to let lost to the public. You can see it here. It has some pretty cool stuff like a section that tells you what song I am and have been listening to in iTunes. And this feature will update the page every 3 minutes so its up to date.

although I've said that I'm happy to let the public see this, it is far from finished. So if you check back later you should be able to see it evolving into something much more interesting.

I plan to in the future put up news, maybe even RSS feeds (I've found some quite useful sites during my quest to make my site web worthy), some more info about me and my life.

finally my first post

i've finally gotten around to actually starting my new blog. i though i'd start one up because i had an online diary a while ago, but had to stop using it because i said some pretty personal stuff on it, and a few people from school found it, not good. so i think i'll be a bit more cautious with this. i really have no idea what a blog does that a diary doesn't, so i'll find that out before i go into more detail about my life.

well i thought i'd put up some bits of personal news, mainly IT based stuff (i'm such a geek :S):
my first bit of news is that i downloaded konfabulator today, it's like apples dashboard but was around before apple had its version. there are some very useful "widgets" there.

another bit of news is that Apple kicks arse over Microsoft any day of the week. thats all that needs to be said on that matter.....(for now).
